I ordered a chicken wrap two days in a row, and unfortunately, they forgot the tomato both times. While I asked for no sauce, I did request onions and pickles, which they were able to include. It would be beneficial if they could update their app to allow customers to add items like tomato and lettuce to their orders. The cheese used was not what I expected; instead of American, it was thin slices of cheddar. However, the chicken in the wrap was quite tasty. There was also a mix-up with my order of half fries and half onion rings; I received all fries the first day and all onion rings the next. Unfortunately, my experience with this DoorDash delivery was less than satisfactory, similar to many previous ones. I ordered a double Whopper with Dr. Pepper and two orders of onion rings. However, my order arrived missing a milkshake and contained only one serving of what I believed were onion rings. After reaching out for assistance, I was credited $6.23, but as I started to eat, I discovered that the "onion rings" were actually fries, with just one lonely onion ring tossed in. This restaurant is fortunate to receive even one star. The food was served cold, the drive-thru took an excessively long time, and my order was still incorrect. I had to go inside because they forgot half of my order. Considering how long we waited, I expected the food to be hot. It's disappointing because both managers were on duty and involved in food preparation. They might need to undergo additional training. I won’t be returning to this place. I also attempted to call and speak with a manager the same day we visited, but no one answered the phone.

I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The cashier, Carolyn, was quite rude. I attempted to get her attention by calling out "Miss, Miss," but she ignored me. My sister and I wanted to order a cheeseburger with just ketchup and pickles, but she insisted that modifications weren't possible. Eventually, she stopped responding to me entirely. During my visit, the staff truly exceeded my expectations in providing exceptional service. They went out of their way to accommodate my preferences, and I greatly appreciated being able to get exactly what I wanted. It was a fantastic experience, and I can’t wait to visit this Burger King frequently in the future!

This was the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The food was cold, there were no napkins, and the only ketchup available was spoiled. One employee offered good customer service, but another was on her phone and was quite rude when I asked for assistance. Additionally, the restaurant wasn't very clean.

The staff is friendly, and my orders are always prepared impeccably. They strictly follow the new guidelines, wearing masks and gloves, and ensuring everything is sanitized since COVID hit. This is one of the best Burger Kings I've ever worked with!
