If there were less than one star I would choose that.My friend and I were the only other customers other than the person who ordered in front of us. After ordering a couple others walked in and ordered.Let me add, we were the only white people in the restaurant.We waited until most other customers who arrived after us received their orders. They totally had left out our order.Never to return again! Maybe never to BK.
I went on Christmas Day because most places were closed. They couldn't handle customers real well in drive-through and the lobby. I ordered their Italian chicken sandwich and they had no white cheese only American. It just seemed like they were understaffed. At one point they locked the doors because they had too many customers which I didn't think was cool at all.
I had to take the time to leave a five star review, because I just stopped here and not only was the food incredibly fresh, but all 3 workers I dealt with are among the most polite and friendly fast food workers I've ever dealt with. Seriously, great job, qguys!
Wife and I were very sick with stomach virus for a week after the order of heppern and ran 11am on a weekday. the girl at the drive was great. but eating has really made us sick. avoid this place. it is not worth getting food poisoning. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I went there on two Friday nights and the area was closed about 45 minutes before what your schedule says. also Drive-Thru is too tight for large vehicles to make the rotation. this combination of problems keeps me from returning.
It’s almost comical how terrible the service is here lol waited almost 45 minutes with 4 cars in the drive thru line. I was next up and pulled off just outa principle. The way this place is run it should not be in business.
disappointed because there is really no $1 menu anymore. only objects that are a buck are small so. I have the $1 chicken jr. alas
