I had a terrible experience at this Burger King. The customer service was astonishingly poor; I stood by the register for about five minutes with no one attending to me, and there were no other customers around. Additionally, one of the employees had just mopped the floor as we were walking in, making it very slippery. Why would they be mopping during dinner rush when people are trying to eat? We specifically chose this location because my daughter enjoys playing on the little playground, but of course, it was “closed for maintenance.” The food was decent, but nothing remarkable. I would recommend avoiding this Burger King at all costs.
Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches but was only given 3 so I went back for my missing items and the manager on duty refused to help. Then started arguing that I must be at the wrong store when I was just here minutes ago. I tried showing her my receipt and she said she couldn't help me because she doesn't know the internet, unacceptable behavior from someone in charge. This BK is two minutes from my house but I won't be back thanks to horrible customer service.
The bacon cheeseburgers, cheeseburgers, French fries, onion rings, and Coke are all incredibly tasty. For vegetarians, Burger King offers pancakes with maple syrup. There are no dietary restrictions at Burger King. The restaurant features a large parking lot with free parking available for buses, cars, trucks, and bikes. It's also kid-friendly, thanks to the friendly staff. Additionally, Burger King is wheelchair accessible.
My experience was truly disappointing from start to finish. I waited in line for 40 minutes just to receive my food. The soda tasted off, like it was just carbonation without any flavor. The customer service was terrible, and my food arrived cold. To make matters worse, the person preparing the fries wasn't wearing gloves. I'm definitely reaching out to corporate about this. It was a complete mess.

ABSOLUTELY NOT this place was terrible!I came here with my husband and i ordered a whopper but when i tried it it tasted so horrible.So i opened the burger and the patty looked rotten i couldn't believe it.I then took the whopper back so i can get a refund but they told me since i took a bite they wouldn't give me a refund .I got rlly mad and will never be spendimg money there !
Food came in piping fresh, ready to serve.I ordered a cheeseburger and told them to add bacon, and there was no bacon, so they may have messed up my order.I apologize for the 3 stars as I wanted to give a better review, but missing a part of my order and I'm not really mad about it honestly, I'm okay with my order. Just a reminder that orders can be messed up.
The service was inadequate, and the food arrived cold. When I requested a remake, they simply reheated it in the microwave and served me fries that seemed stale. When I requested a redo, the staff member's attitude was really off-putting. I asked for a refund due to these issues, but they declined and questioned why I wanted one.
They couldn 't take orders at 830pm on a Friday night because they didn 't have a cook . How can you not have more than one person trained to make food on a weekend? Where is management? Completely unacceptable. The kid at the drive thru didn 't even apologize. Won 't be wasting my 30 minute lunch here ever again.
