Lady at window was nice but wanted to argue that I gave her a $10 when I actually gave her a $20. I told her to count her register and I would wait. After her counting it twice she realized that I was right and she gave me my correct change. Of course before I pulled away I checked my order and to no big surprise it was wrong. She was long gone so no one was at the window to correct this. I had to go inside and zero workers were at the counter so I had to try to get the guy at the cook station to come over and correct my order. I understand this isn't the ideal job to have but if you're gonna take the job at least put some pride into doing it correctly.
Love Getting a Bacon Whopper from here. They know that I don't show up but about every 3 months to get this special treat and they have always done an awesome job by hooking it up but mostly, I want to recognize them for respecting me and always treating me as if I am in that Restaurant or drive thru once a week. I appreciate everything you do.Parking: Plenty of space in the front of the restaurant. Handicap Parking is very close and accessible to the restaurant.Kid friendliness: Have a Children's MenuWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for Wheelchairs so that you can move about without the worry of others.
This review is for the young woman at the drive thru window on 4/13/24 around 6:45 pm. I was waiting for my order when the grill caught on fire!! I could see it through the window! So of course I was understanding and waited about 13 minutes to get my order. I did not mind that at all. The lady was very apologetic and seemed so shaken up from the fire, understandably so!!! I really hope her night got better. She maintained professionalism and kindness through out the whole interaction.
Every time I go here they are either rude, don't have food or arent even open. Today I wanted 2 sausage biscuits. They're 1.69 a piece. They only had one biscuit (in the whole store?! So asked if I'd rather have a croissant. I said sure. They charged me 2/$5 for the two biscuits. That math ain't mathing. It's like they do not want to actually help any customers. Cold hard hamburgers, employees are nasty and they take forever to give a lousy hamburger that needs to be thrown in the garbage. Cheese is not melted and cold too, really bad. Whopper is a mess.I asked that my cheeseburger be heated and they put it in the microwave and tally destroyed the thing. So hot it was not eatable with melted cheese and condiments in thewrapper. Everybody needs to be fired at this place. I'll never go back.

The couple times I've been they were missing ingredients like cheese and straws? And the other time they gave me the wrong number of items.
