My comment was deleted—how ridiculous! This location has really declined! In particular, the Spanish women at the drive-thru are unprofessional. I called customer relations and was told a manager would reach out, but that never happened. Sometimes when you order in the afternoon, the items they serve in the evening are different! The customer service is rude, and I was treated poorly in front of my 4-year-old. If this comment gets deleted again, I'm going to escalate this to corporate and Channel 12 News!
I believe the window drive thru cashier over charge me $1 more for the BK $5 meal. When I ask her why you charged me 6 bucks for a $5 meal She told me straight up I 'm not lying. Even at midnight, they never disappoint with their friendly and hardworking staff; these young people really care!

The customer service here was completely unacceptable, even for a drive-thru. The staff member at the intercom kept interrupting me while I was trying to place my order, not allowing me to explain everything I wanted. They repeatedly asked, "Anything else?" before I could finish.
I made a special trip to visit this restaurant, only to discover that they close at 10:30 PM, despite their website stating they close at 11:00 PM. Additionally, Google claims they are open 24 hours.
