I come here usually 3 times a week it's convenient for breakfast and after today I will not be back. As I waited at the drive-thru window I watched the girl working the register scoop a cup in the ice machine with her hand rather than the metal scoop thats provided for this task) directly after taking my card and swiping it. I've worked food service and this is a HUGE NO NO in food service so I apologize to the lady that was behind me that just got all those germs with her large coke.
This Burger King is my favorite! The staff is friendly and smiles, they don't seem to hate their job. They offer support with new digital codes on the Burger King app. They even get my order right, including requested extra pickles. The Burger Kings in my area are the opposite, so I have to drive 100 miles through Atlanta traffic to get excellent food and service here, but it's worth it.
I went to this restaurant to order a chicken sandwich, but instead they gave me a bag of fries with no sandwich. When I went back to get the sandwich, they gave me a cold and terrible-tasting sandwich that seemed old. I had to return to the store and request a fresh meal. The staff inside were not attentive and the whole experience was awful.
I had a good experience at this particular Burger King my order was taken quickly prepared hot fresh and faster than most of the places I've been to lately dining room is clean no trash or dirty tables. Went the other day to a girl with glasses and a black mask coughing terribly!! Why is this girl working while clearly sick? She could’ve contaminated people’s food. Also a girl with orange, messy and dirty hair as well.
at this place it is actually owners of the TA travel center and the prices are like ridiculous high, but the food and service were okay
They will charge you for a single BBQ sauce wich should be included with the meal anyway and then not put any in the bag at all.
I'm not sure why, but the wait at this Burger King seems to take forever. Expect to wait for 30 minutes. Three separate times. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I frequently visit this restaurant in the evenings and always receive great customer service and freshly prepared hot food.
