I ordered an 8-piece meal with a large fry and drink, as well as a 4-piece meal with a large drink at this restaurant. However, I received a large drink, small fry, 4-piece meal, and 5-piece meal instead. The staff member who served us on December 23rd, 2022 at 6:30 pm was rude and disrespectful. It seems she was not paying attention, did not care, and couldn't even count properly, even after we pointed out the mistake.
As a truck driver, I frequent this restaurant 2 to 3 times a week. I usually arrive around 9 to 9:30pm, but today I was surprised to find out they now close at 9 according to an older employee. I highly doubt this is true and believe they closed early because they wanted to leave work sooner. It is important for someone to hold them accountable for their early closing times.
Don't plan on getting anything her quickly. Stood in line at the front of the line for 15 mins with no service. Counter help was over tasked clearly with 2 other orders while the cook was just watching......finally walked out after the other gentleman said he had been there for 30 minutes with no food yet. No bueno
Go to the counter and order surprise me cause that way you're not disappointed by not getting what you wanted.With that said, the spicy crispy chicken sandwich I didn't order was very tasty moist and perfect. had to walk thru the drive thru BECAUSE THEY DON'T ACCOMODATE TRUCK DRIVERS. They will not take phone orders and bring it to the door, which would be safer. Asked for mustard and got 12 packets of ketchup.
The young servers were chatty and giggling. I ordered a cheeseburger, but it was missing the cheese and the meat was tough to chew. The fries were fresh, but surprisingly they forgot to add salt.

I ordered a meal with a milkshake and regretted it! An hour later, I felt so sick. I don't trust any restaurant that sells such heavy shakes.
