Sometimes you need a reminder why you stopped going to a place. With the New location i thought we'd give them another chance. Nope. Still bad. The service was bad, I waited at least 5 minutes to even put in my order cause they were more concerned with drive-ins and Uber eats takeouts. The prices for the quality of food was horrible. We got kids meals. The cheese burger was drowning in mustard, and the chicken nuggets tasted just awful. The chicken sandwich and bacon king both weren't too bad, but they weren't great. It didn't taste quite right.I was sadly reminded why I stopped going 19 years ago.
This is my second time leaving a review for this restaurant. I didn't request any additional toppings, but they were included. The burger itself felt like a kids' meal, but the standout items were the tasty and greasy fries and the flavorful mustard. When I tried to reach out to them for a replacement, it took about 1.5 hours to get a response during peak hours. I wasn't completely satisfied with my experience, but they did offer to replace the burgers. Is it worth the time and effort to go back, especially considering the wait in the car? I will update my review after my next visit.
Brutal experience here. This place didn't seem to be short staffed, as there were about a dozen employees working, but management was brutal. As I waited 20 minutes for the order I had place an hour before (online), I watched as burger after burger piled into the heating tray, but nobody picked them up and put them into bags. My second time going to this one before I gave a review I asked for no mustard and got extra. The burger itself was something from a kids meal but just thought for the price Intel the mustard and fries being cool and greasy... when I tried to call back, took 1.5ish to get someone and it was between rush times. Wasn't pleased, but they will replace the hamburgers. Is it with the time and drive??? Will update if I do go!

Waste your time to save theirs. Waited 45 min in line, more people left line than were served, after that waited another 8.5min in first in line position for order to be taken. Order was fast after that, though they only took 1 order from the 12 people still in line before I left with my order. Drive thru has no queue so traffic was backed up to Henry St. They seemed to prioritize these over in person take out orders.
My second attempt at getting an impossible whopper.. first time the bun was stale and the lettuce was brown and slimy. This time I bit into a cold Burger that was absolutely uncooked. I spent the rest of the night wondering if I was going to get sick. Rather than call and complain and try to get some free stuff I'm just never going to go back.
Avoid this restaurant at all costs. I can tolerate a long wait when there's a large crowd, but even with only 3 to 6 cars in the drive-thru, it takes an absurdly long time to receive your order, usually 30 to 40 minutes. This place desperately needs to be renovated.
I ordered a whopper combo today and when I got home I opened it up and it is a patty with cheese on and nothing else. I called the store twice and no one bothered to answer the phone. So not impressed as I was looking forward to the whopper.

Had Burger King tonight for supper. There was no line up on the road. Everything was done right and the service was great. Our meal was delicious. We definitely will be going back. Way to go Burger King. Thumbs Up.
This is the slowest place on earth. Line up of 7 people waiting to order and no one even working at the till. Then I got my burger and it looked like they poured the sauce into with a paint gun.
