I placed an online order. Waited at my table like the app said. then when I went to the counter. The manager SUSAN told me I had to get to the back of the line before I had said anything. She said “are you DoorDash or what” When I asked about my mobile order she said “go to the back of the line, I can’t help you” as I asked for a refund she said “take it up with the app” then turned her back to me and walked off. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back.
They told us to hold on and it took them 10-15 minutes to respond back for our orders. They took someone else 's order even though we had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. The lady had a terrible attitude towards us. We asked for our orders repeated. I have been all over this nation and never have I seen a burger king with only one person supposed to run dinning room, drive thru and cook... I was aggrivated at first. Their associate did an awesome Job regardless of her situation and did what she could to keep the business running. Keep it up Genieve! I waited for someone to take my order at the restaurant. When I returned to my room, I found that my to-go order was incorrect. The service was not great, with a rating of 1 out of 5. The service was painfully slow. It took me about 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru, even though there was only one car ahead of me in line. It was no surprise that the milkshake machine was broken. I will definitely not be returning to this place. Overall rating: Food 1/5, Service 1/5.
