I went through the drive though and a young lady taking orders said hold on please I said ok so a while went by and I said I’m ready when you are mam she ok I’m still making milk shakes I said it ok I need one too and laughed to lighten her mood and she said yea and mocked my laugh I said are you ok young lady she said yea are you I said do you have a manager she said yes would you like to speak to her I said oh yes definitely I’ll be rite in I explained what happened to Makaylah and she apologized for the employees behavior and I got 50 percent off my meal this young lady gave me no haste was very polite and deserves a raise or promotion her customer service is off the charts ty Makaylah
