I hate having to go here, but sometimes do because my kids like their chicken nuggets. They are the slowest fast food place in town, consistently forget items, and will literally take 30 min to make your food. They are so short staffed they can't even open the restaurant to dine in.I even placed a pre-paid mobile order once, 30 minutes before their scheduled closing time of 10pm and I got there at 9:45pm to pick it up via drive-thru and all the staff was locking up and turning off the lights. I was literally sitting at the pick up window trying to get their attention...honking the horn, knocking on the window...they ignored me, wouldn't even look my direction and continued to close up shop a...
Was there over 45 mins...only had like 5 cars at most in front of us... once we finally made it to the speaker to order the guy asked us to hold and never came back I repeatedly said hello you are y'all still open and taking orders!? Finally we just drove around the explanation I was given at the window was that he was being a brat at the moment and refusing to take any orders!! That was literally what the young lady told me. ! ! They didn't have most of what I wanted to order for example cookies, sweet tea, the little cheesy potato things... I waited all that time and couldn't even get what I really wanted!! They did not try to make anything better I wasn't given a discount a coupon not eve...
When visiting this drive-thru restaurant, one might expect speedy service like the other car through options available. However, my experience here seemed to have longer wait times. I'm unsure if the headsets are working properly as last time I visited, there was a sign indicating they were broken and customers had to come inside to place their orders. Today, we waited at the drive-thru window for 5-10 minutes with no response, so we had to drive up and order at the window. They mentioned that their egg machine was being thawed and they were also out of ice/milkshakes. It wouldn't be hard to put up a sign informing customers of these limitations.
Ordered thru Uber eats and they got my order wrong TWICE!!!!! The young lady took time went back to try and get them to correct the order, and they got it wrong AGAIN! I’d understood the first time and asked it to be corrected, but for you to really disregard and just change out a stale pattie for a fresh one and don’t actually correct the mistake you’ve made…. I paid my hard earned money for food that was never corrected. This is the FIRST AND ONLY TIME I WILL USE THIS LOCATION!
something from the $1 menu and was so good that the item $1.29 is not so easy, but that is 29% more than what you should do! and yes, I have pushed the same from these items, so it was more than 29 cent more. manager (shane) meets the window and does not agree that it is so good that it was as good as $1. classic bait switch. not to mention them were not busy, over 8 minutes to clean my son (with 1 car in front of me), nn 9 minutes to train the food.
I'll never go back here and tell everyone and everyone I'm not supposed to go to this place. every time I left, it's something wrong and the last time I left, I paid for my food just to say that the grill was down. the manager reportedly refunded my card, but I never saw it. I came to customer service and they weren't help either.

Food was garbage, cold and looked like it was cooked 6 hours earlier. They were adamant about me moving forward, so corporate would see the actual time I waited for 4 cheeseburgers. I'd drive another 20 miles not have to go back to that one.
BEST Burger King in 15 mile radius. if ur at the B King that's closer to Hwy 59 off Roebuck Parkway East, trust me, take the extra 10-14 minutes and drive to the Pinson Burger King.
