Seeing other reviews makes me realize it wasn't only me it happened to. I went in after coming through the drive through to let them know I was missing a sandwich. The nasty bitter woman there with glasses immediately got an attitude and started snapping.Mind you, I politely asked because mistakes happen, they deal with a lot of people through the day. I refuse to engage thispetty woman and walked out. I'm not arguing with over a $5 sandwich. Yes, I paid for it but I was already having a terrible day,so what would've came out my mouth would've been insanely inappropriate. That may women doesn't have the same self control Iguess. On November 20, 2022, I visited the restaurant around 11:15 AM on a Sunday, and I expected better service. The initial interaction was friendly, with the attendant wishing me a good day. However, that positive vibe quickly vanished as I moved between the windows. There was a car in front of me that waited 5 to 10 minutes for their food. When it was finally my turn, I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes. The attendant did not offer any pleasantries during this time. I received my drink first, followed by the rest of my order. Once I got home, I was disappointed to find that the fries were cold and the sandwich was lukewarm. Come on, Burger King, you can do better than this!
I had a terrible experience today, July 1, 2022, at 8:45 AM. The staff member who took my order was rude and interrupted me, not allowing me to finish my order. However, the lady at the window was very nice. Unfortunately, I did not catch the name of the employee who helped me. When I got home, I found out that there was no syrup for my French toast sticks, and they were undercooked in the middle.
I decided to go inside to place my order because the Drive-Thru line was quite lengthy. It took a few minutes for my order to be ready. I had requested a spicy crispy chicken sandwich, but instead, I received a regular chicken sandwich that was overcooked and very dry. On a positive note, everything else I ordered was fresh and served hot.

It wasn't as bad as I expected. The original chicken sandwich has more bread than chicken and doesn’t resemble what it used to be, but it was decent. However, you could definitely find better options. Wendy's is just across the street.
I ordered a breakfast sandwich, and it arrived at room temperature, which was quite disappointing. On the bright side, the hash browns were at least warm and fairly decent. To be honest, I'm actually relieved it wasn't served hot.
My chicken sandwich was great, unfortunately we waited for a very long time in the drive-thru. Possibly short staffed, but frustrating as fast food is supposed to be well...fast.
I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant, and it was fantastic—perfectly warm when it arrived. I also had the hash browns, which were delicious, too.

The service was terrible, and my order was wrong. Believe me, you won’t be satisfied with your experience. Everything went wrong.
The staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. The burgers were delicious. However, the onion rings were quite oily.
