One star is already too generous for this place. The staff seems completely incompetent. They don't seem to understand simple requests like "no mayo, ketchup, or pickles." Sometimes they leave those ingredients on while taking off the cheese and bacon, and other times, they remove everything, leaving you with just a plain cheeseburger—even if you ordered a specialty burger. This used to be the best Burger King around. I stopped going to the one by the bank because of the panhandlers. If you're not eating in, I suggest avoiding this location altogether; you're likely to receive the wrong order. Service: Takeout Price per person: $1–10

I just call the store and ask for HR number, since I was an employee there many years ago. The person that answered the phone said to me that they don't know the number. And is funny, that number don't appear on Google when you search it. Also there is no Manager at that store. Service: 1
I visited the drive-thru today, and it was a disappointing experience! First, they didn’t hear my order clearly, and on top of that, my entire meal was stale. The fries were old, and the sandwiches were cold and hard. I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend this place.
