Hello after confirming and taking my order yesterday we learned that we could honor the order only 1h30 after! incredible ... for the refund, they were told to make an email but the email address listed on the ticket is not good. procedure not very complicated in 2021 while it is simple everywhere else! not a great desire to renew my experience! This is the first time I see this. I hope at least they will have the correction to send me the correct email address to get my refund.

Ineligible for a fast food, an hour and a half waiting to recover the order after having booked in seconds on the terminal!!! or for a Christmas weekend the affluence was predictable. poor organization, insufficient and overflowed personnel. burger and lukewarm coffee at the discount.

1 only active terminal while on a we start on a holiday more than 1h30 waiting to get our menus back!!!! and they still leave the active terminal like this adds still waiting !!!! complete disorganization of the teams, to 3 to fill a command ...!!! from the big any anything in summary

food remains equal to itself with the quality of burger king service very effective given the strong influence of customers. an additional person for cleaning the room in such busy periods would be necessary!

Not too nice as a place. far enough from the new mcdo, which has a more comfortable atmosphere. tables and chairs seemed clean, but were sticky. to stop only in case of extreme necessity.
