This is the WORST BK I’ve ever been too. From the quality of the food to the customer service, I’d rate zero stars if I could! We went thru the drive thru ordered food. The young girl didn’t even speak just held her hand out waiting for payment, just rude. Then our food was cold old like it was sitting out for 5hrs. We went inside to try get a refund the manager was just as rude disrespectful. Said she couldn’t do a refund for us to call this complaint leave a message. Like lady, I paid for food I can’t even eat. She never once offered to remake it. Tried this notoriously terrible BK after the one down the road said cash only. I went around 10:55 pm and they said they were only accepting cash as well. I guess BK hates money, because how many people really carry cash anymore. Pathetic. I 'll never return, because I rarely have cash on me. Good thing Wendy 's was accepting cards at that time. Prob won 't ever go to any BK from now on because I had about 15 minutes of my life wasted because these disgraceful restaurants would only accept filthy cash. This burger King is awesome way way better then the one in girard Ohio. The people was very nice to us and the food was made exactly the way we like it. Rude ghetto employees, cold, disgusting food. If I really crave Burger King, I drive the extra 8 minutes to the one in Austintown. Avoid this one, it's dirty and I'm surprised people haven't died from the poor food quality
