This franchise is poorly managed and operated, and I strongly advise corporate to send someone to provide proper training for both the manager and staff on how to handle customer orders effectively. The woman who prepares the burgers and the taller, stocky manager with glasses both have unpleasant attitudes. When I attempted to politely explain the issues with my order, the manager responded with rudeness. The sandwich maker also gave me a scowl when I returned my food for a remake, which made me uncomfortable enough that I stood at the front counter to watch my burger being prepared. this place is horrible. The food was bad all dry and the buns were hard as rocks. Ask to speak to the manager cashier told me there was not one on staff at the moment. But overheard a lady by the name of Tonita in the corner talking to a man saying she was the manager and that the restaurant was going to be run by nothing but Native Americans, And she was going to fire or transfer out nonnatives. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against natives or any other color but I thought Burger King was an equal-opportunity employer. Terrible experience overall. The management really needs to work on their professional skills. I simply asked for a replacement for my cold and hard Whopper, but the manager not only refused to help but also wouldn't provide any information for me to file a complaint about her poor customer service. We ordered the fried chicken sandwich and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our order, and they only gave us the sandwich, so I had to go back inside and wait for them to roast more chicken. It was a bit inconvenient, but the wait was definitely worth it. However, I would suggest passing on the cookies.
