I've never visited this place before, but I stopped by when I was feeling a bit hungry and decided to order a double cheeseburger. I placed my order clearly at the window, where I was greeted and they confirmed my order before taking my payment. Within two minutes, I received my simple double cheeseburger. The cheese was perfectly melted, the burger was cooked just right, and the bun was soft and fresh. I give it a five out of five— it was a perfect cheeseburger.
I waited a while on the drive thru before anyone asked what I wanted to order then the guy that took my order looks like he was having a bad day I was asking him a couple questions and he was giving me attitude and beside that I asked my sandwiches to be made fresh and they were warm and dry I also asked for cheese sticks and they gave me some type of cheese balls that were cold from the inside. The worst experience and the worst customer service..
Sat in the drive-through for almost 10 minutes just now at the speaker nobody would take my order there were no other cars in the drive-through or guests in the lobby. I pulled up to the drive-through window and there are three teenagers mingling amongst each other. If the burger king was an actual king I’m pretty sure he would’ve fed these kids to some lions ? I have seen the movie gladiator I know how the real world works.
If I could give zero stars, I would! I tried to drive through at 9:30 a.m., as the sign indicated that the drive-thru was open until 12 a.m. I waited at the intercom for 10 minutes, honking my horn, and then went to the window. On Thursday June 2, 22 I came to this Burger King because Wendy's had a food delivery so the line was extremely long. Once I reach the window Gema Marquez, was very apologetic and courteous. My order was hot and both Miss Marquez on register and the cook Nicolas Figueroa were short staff. service impeccable. Kudos to this duo outstanding customer satisfaction.
This place was super short staffed when I went today with only one person working for a while a black guy with white glasses wearing a blue and white hoodie he must’ve been the manager and I’ll say he definitely earned the manager role if so for handling customers all on his own. Exceptional service from that man. Shame on them for being short staffed though.
I visited for lunch at 12:00. It was easy to get in, but not so easy to leave. The portions were generous, making it difficult to carry my meal out. My order was taken quickly and prepared almost immediately, which was great. It was a smooth experience, and I was able to get back to work without any hassle. Overall, well done!
Their is a new night shift manager Marcus and he really went above and beyond with my huge order. I was ok to leave with a little error but he said he would fix it with no problem on this busy Saturday. His Customer service is above and beyond. Thank you! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
$12 dirty bowl and there were only 1/2 pommes, cold pommes, burger has to sit for a da, also cold. never go into these burger king, starve or go to mcdonalds or wendy’s, both 100% better. I would have given 0 stars if I could
