I went to pick up two online orders at the drive-thru, but they asked me to pull up and park instead. Then, they came out and asked me what I had ordered because it had been deleted from their screen. After some confusion, they wanted me to drive all the way back around to the window to explain my order again. I decided to go inside since the drive-thru line was so long. I tried showing them my order on my phone, but after describing it multiple times, they still got it wrong. I ended up one burger short, one burger had the wrong items, and I had an extra order of fries, extra nuggets, and an extra shake. This place used to be great, but lately, it hasn’t been. I been coming to this bk for years but this last few months have been horrible at this location. It pains me to complain because we all want to work hard and get paid. That being said it's becoming an issue for order accuracy and I don't want a refund or credit. Just do your job, store isn't busy when I get there so don't understand the poor service. Don't think ill be returning to this location. If you ask me they need new employees or manager's. But change is a must
I went to Centreville Burger King for a to-go meal, and I found a piece of plastic in my large onion rings. I 'm so upset that I found this at home, and they forgot one of my whopper 's in the meal set. I tried to call the facility; however, they didn 't take my phone call. Alongside my outrage against Burger King, the cashier forgot to include my receipt in the bag. -My dad
It was a very enjoyable experience and I got my order correctly and the food was nice and hot when I got it. I mean come on let's not kid ourselves it's Burger King not a five-star dining establishment. However as long as I get the order right and the food is warm what more could we ask for right?
Pictured is a Large Fry... Its missing 60g out of 160g for its serving weight as advertised... thats almost half. Even medium serving weight is 116g. Who knows what else they 're underserving... Come to this location at your own risk and check your meals if not dining in. Very disappointed.
Great food and service. Really like this location, mainly because of the 2 floors but also because of the massive play area, even though I'm too big to play in it now : The only thing I would improve upon is the interior, it's just in need of an update.
I will never visit this location again! The staff has consistently been rude and unprofessional. My orders have frequently been incorrect, and items I paid for were missing. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to!
I had a great experience at this restaurant with my child. The food was served quickly, and the service was excellent. The prices are reasonable too.
Would certainly recommend trying this place. Fantastic mood, flavorful dishes, great customer service. Great work.
