I received a regular sandwich instead of the plain one I ordered, and my child wouldn't eat it. I called Burger King and spoke with Julio, who sincerely apologized for the mistake and replaced the entire meal for me. I was really pleased with how accommodating he was. As a regular customer at Burger King, I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received.
eating was in order, but do such a large volume drive through business that wait inside on service was long superior that I was the only one on the order counter. the service was great as soon as they broke out to take my order parking: parking seemed at lunchtime because the drive thru line was around the load.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my order, and unfortunately, both of my whoppers came out cold. I noticed that the manager was distracted, using their phone while at the register. Additionally, I didn't receive my drink cups until after my food arrived, rather than before.
My young nephew is a big fan of Burger King. He really enjoys the mozzarella sticks, french fries, and the Coca-Cola and Cherry slushies they offer. It’s conveniently located next to Acme, CVS, and Dollar General, making it easy to stop by.
I received the worst service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this place at all—my advice is to avoid it. If I could rate it with zero stars, I would. I waited an hour for food I ordered online that should have been ready.
