Manager back there was being really disrespectful….she charged us $8.52 for impossible whopper without meat and patty while we are paying $2.49 for the same thing at all other locations. The manager old lady told us that this is a different location and this location have different policies then others…..we even told her we payed $2.49 to all other locations for the same thing. The manager is so rude and tell us if u want it u have to pay $8.52 for this.. It was the worst experience I ever had for Burger King.. hope someone will take action against them..after all they are spoiling the reputation of Burger King.. This is the worst location ever.??I’ll NEVER go back there?
WARNING DO NOT USE THIS BK ESP NOT BY DRIVE THRU. First, there is a pothole near the drive thru big enough to damage your vehicle. Second, they are known for missing items on your order. I was missing my fries order and the mozz sticks and nuggets only had 6 pcs on an 8 pcs order. Food tastes a lot differ than the BK in EHT. Please drive to EHT if you want BK or skip this BK in pleasantville, unless you want to be disappointed.
Very long lines leading to the main road and slow service, but nice customer service at times.Update: the old lady with the ridiculously ugly face piercings who worked at around 10 pm a couple days back literally gave me a dirty look and rolled its eyes at me when I went to pick up my food at the drive thru when I thanked and smiled at it for no reason, what in the trashy ?? Not worth my old og rating of 3 stars at all.
I constantly receive no mustard on my burgers that should have mustard on them. I went and sat in the drive thru last night for over an hour I had ordered two double cheeseburgers and received one hamburger patty on both. behind or not you don't intentionally rip off a customer and that's the second time I've had this happen. you guys deserve to be shut down.

The food was incredibly fresh, especially paired with my fries. The staff was very friendly. I had a terrible experience here before, and I was hesitant to spend my money again, but they deserved another chance, and I was very satisfied this time. Food rating: 5/5.
The fries were cold and terrible, so I had to throw them away. The chicken sandwich was decent, but the dessert was just a store-bought Hershey cake. Don't waste your money; you'll just end up disappointed.
The worst experience!! Ordered a kids meal for my daughter and thinking she was eating nuggets instead she got some cheesy tots instead. Like they never looked to get the right food and took forever

I was up, then I drove here to get the rodeo burger. it was good. drive her thru fast. I smoke another j on the way back to my motel.
Great Dine In Experience, went with my brothers and staff that helped us take our orders were very nice and polite! Awesome!
