Not been in here for a long time due it being constantly terrible but decided to try again for pure convenience. Now I feel stupid for trying in here again should have learnt my lesson I thought it couldn't get worse how wrong I was....Box Beal incomplete Wrong burger Wrong size chips No dips I could go on but you get the picture The staff are incompetent let's face you don't need a degree to put together a fast food meal. but surely some level of training should be given Took ages to explain and to get them understand what was wrong it was so frustrating. I'm the end I just give up and got a refund which went wrong as well avoid at all cost
quick stop from southampton. determined to eat. the whole place looked out...’overviewed’ as if the upper ceo had listed each other twog before this. sit all ripened and usually found under fly tipping. had to ask for table to. cleaned (not big) floor sticky and tempo in slow, as rarely burger slip upwards as if when leaving the kitchen. eating was ok.BK always tastes better than maccy d. my chicken bacon lunch eating just looked sad as if it was trying, but was too tired to fight...bit like the whole place to the credit of the staff they were politely efficient and deserve that right on a better box when it finally dies.
So order a meal for the family tonight and get home to find items missing. Call the shop and get told” as a good will I’ll replace it if you want to come back over” Are you joking me I have paid for the food...you haven’t given me the food so you not replacing the food you can’t replace something g you haven’t given me. The Assistant managers attitude stinks totally shocking didn’t give a dame and not an once of customer service. Yes thank you for being open in these tough times your doing a great job but this doesn’t excuse the attitude I was given over the phone. Won’t be using this place again
Stay away from the Double Cheese Melts. We love melting cheese like philly cheese sauce so when BK brought out the Double Cheese Melts we had to give the a try. Well to be honest might as well thrown the money down the toilet. Firstly...the burgers are small like kids small and they only do one size, then the cheese sauce wow I’ve seen more mustard in burgers. Might of just ate a dry crusty bun. Never again looks nothing like the pictures, complete rip off and so small you will still need to eat again after your finished.

yesterday with deliveroo ordered. I wish I hadn't had like chips haare in them, as well as pieces of a one-way glove. absolutely disgusting! not my first bad experience with them. when they use this load, they note that their food is likely to be contaminated, because health and safety are clearly below their list. the sooner they are closed, the better.
recently ordered something from deliveroo to this burger king and accidentally time has ever been confused with new order, so ring store had to change my order that was recommended to me to ring for minen. without answer at this point had my order leaving the shop with a meal I was not happy with all because someone could not disturb to answer the phone
I received a ridiculous parking fine after dining at this restaurant. Do not assume that you can park here if you are visiting with your family. Despite spending a lot of money at Burger King, the parking management company did not listen to our complaints. The signage was unclear and it felt like a trap for making money. Shame on you Burger King!
i was trying to order my friend a burger on the phone and i asked him what he wanted. i told the man in the phone what my friend wanted i repeated it a few times and he said my phone number is being...reported to the police. i’m never ordering from them again !

made an order by deliveroo, diet requirements not fulfilled in the least! maybe not even read. eat packed in the same bag as cold drinks, eat freeze. I will not waste my time again
Food is good but annoyingly they never answer the phone so changes can be made. What’s the point of having a phone?
