I'm not sure if the other reviews reflect the usual experience, but I believe this is the worst visit I've ever had at a Burger King. If it weren't only a few hundred meters from my apartment, I wouldn't consider coming back. The manager is quite rude and seems to wander around in a daze, with her name tag hidden, showing no sense of urgency. She frequently makes mistakes with orders and often gets into confrontations with customers when approached about issues. The fries were cold and overcooked. The Jalapeño Cheddar Bites were also a letdown; they weren't the right temperature and were cold as well. The woman at the window was very friendly, but her casual attitude felt a bit off. I was right next to the window trying to manage the food carefully, but she kept encouraging me to take care of it myself and come back closer. It was a bit confusing and frustrating.
The restaurant shows a complete lack of respect for customers, often arguing and treating them poorly. While the young cashier is friendly, the managers display an awful attitude and have no regard for patrons. To make matters worse, there are mice in the establishment. It's shocking that this place is still in operation given these conditions. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I visited Burger King with a friend who really enjoyed his meal, but I didn't eat anything myself since I'm on a restricted diet. Tamare is an outstanding young lady with excellent work ethics. She is truly a problem solver, which is likely why her superiors view her as a potential leader. Her dedication to providing great customer service makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
