I specifically went to the drive-thru to order a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and what I got was disappointing. It was overly salty and greasy, making it quite bitter. If you're unable to deliver the quality you advertise, I suggest closing some franchises and concentrating on providing the standard of food that customers expect. After this experience, I'm not sure I want to eat at Burger King again.
The staff at this location seemed a bit unfriendly when it came to accepting coupons. I placed two orders—one for myself and one for a friend—but the second order was turned down because I had already used a coupon for the first one. I recommend going to the Livingston location instead, as the staff there are much more welcoming.
I'm quite confused as to why every time I order from this Burger King location, something is either missing or wrong. This problem doesn't happen at other Burger King restaurants. They really need to focus on accuracy and ensuring that every item on the menu is included in the order.
