Waited in a queue to place the order for about 25 minutes! They did not have enough staff to help people. But the worse part is the food. Very different from the rest of Burger King burgers, very tasteless a dry. We simply could not eat it no matter how hungry we were. Thrown to the bin.
Had to eat here as there wasn't much choice in the terminal. I know we where in France but with the amount of English and other nationalities traveling through the eurotunnel you would expect the menu to be up in French and in English.
The food was great, should have heated the bungalow, but it wasn't really important. The staff that served me spoke English, so no language barrier. Continue reading from old reviews I can see that this Burger King greatly improved!
Lunched here with two colleagues before heading back to the U.K. Place was clean and fortunately it was not busy. Cheese Lover Raclette, Triple Cheese and Big Fish burgers were fine. All the chips/fries were also fine.
The meal is excellent. I was also pleasantly surprised by the speed of the service despite the enormous affluence of the restaurant. I was served in less than five minutes!
I’ve been standing in the queue here for ages and writing a review without even getting to taste the food. If there were more choice here, I wouldn’t be in Burger King
had time for a burger king while waiting for my train very helpful friendly staff it was quite when we we're there so cooked fast and lovely hot fries
