This Burger King is in a good location in shopping centre. This is where positive points stop. Ignorant staff. Don’t acknowledge you. Wait forever to get served. Even with some staff doing nothing. Not even a ... be with you in a minute. Actually 23 mins past before I got served with only 3 people in front of me. Fast food I don’t think so. Would have left but thought at least you would get food straight away. Loads of food sitting in warmer but nothing that was being ordered. Don’t know how long burgers have sat there. Eventually served. Still no smile and quite abrupt server. Waited again while burger and rest gets cooked. Nothing out of ordinary ordered. Still nothing being sold from warm...
Soy nueva en el Burguer King, y ya he ido un par de veces, pero nunca me habían, cuidado, tratado y atendido tan fabulosamente. La dependienta Xiomara, a pesar de un sábado por la noche, con toda la gente que había, y hasta en momentos sola, ha sabido manejar cada situación perfectamente. No puedo estas más satisfecha con el trato que he recibido. Gracias Xiomara!
La experiencia que me llevo es increíble pera ser un sitio de comida rápida superó mis expectativas no te llevas sorpresas toda la comida recién hecha y el servicio muy bueno
Casi ni tuve que esperar para recibir mi pedido, dar gracias en especial a Bea, encargada que me aconsejó a la hora de pedir y tuvo un trato inmejorable conmigo.

It works pretty well. they are fast and have good customer service. especially the Jenny Commissioner, who has served us a couple of times and is very kind.
