I went to burger king at 4pm to eat on November 6,2022. I went to the computer to order a burger and a chicken sandwich and then opted to pay with cash at the counter. I waited for 1 hour because the staff did not do anything. There was a continuous line waiting to pay, but we all waited until everybody left except I was still waiting because I had to eat due to diabetes. When I was finally spoken to due to the lack of customer service, I told them I needed to pay my ticket, and they tried to make it work, but they said I need to go to the computer again to make a new ticket.
