Well this used to be the best burger spot in town. Unfortunately things have gone down a bit here. We came in to have lunch but the service was really bad. The host was in a bad mood so that got us off on the wrong start. Our server took her time to great us about 8 minutes. The food took about 20 minutes but once we did get it. They got the orders mixed up and we just re-plated everything at the table. Most places provide you with silverware and sharing plates before your food gets there. My wife and I were visiting from out of town and were looking for a good burger place for dinner. We found Burger Republic near our hotel using Google Maps. It had good reviews, so we gave it a try. We are both glad that we did! The hostess who seated us and our server, Chloe, were both very friendly and welcoming. Chloe did an excellent job serving us. And the food was fantastic! My wife and I ordered two different burgers so that we could cut them in half and share them. So, we enjoyed the Tennessee burger and the Four Cheese Garlic Bacon burger. It 's difficult to choose a favorite since both were delicious. I upgraded the regular fries that came with my burger to the Bacon Garlic Fries....
AMAZING! I’m not a huge burger fan but my husband is a “critic” well I can say this burger The Tennessee* made his “tongue slap his tonsils”! (I also had it and wow!! . The perfect smokiness from the maple basted Benton bacon and slight sweet taste (not too much from the Jack Daniel’s honey glaze paired so nicely with habanero cheese, and Memphis dusted crispy onions were show stopping! Came in for a quick bite and left overjoyed! We were in on a Wednesday night and the place was bustling like it was the weekend. There is indoor dining and outdoor dining per your choosing. No wait but definitely a good flow of patrons. The burgers were delicious and the shakes were excellent! Next time we'll be trying the Spiked Shakes. The last 2 times we have gone to Burger Republic we’ve left without being served. We’ve asked the hostess after 10 minutes if the server knew we had been seated but still just had waitstaff walk by without stopping. They go to tables sat after us though. So ML Rose or Johnathan’s are our go to now. Sad because I truly liked the Turkey burgers and my son loved the shakes.
We have been there multiple times. We have always left satisfied and full. The fried pickles and jalapeños are amazing, my only complaint is they don’t give you enough!! Every burger we have eaten has been delicious! Great service! The first burger is a custom burger with bacon and egg. The 2nd is the Tennessee 3rd is the crabby patty.
Hostess was a bit sassy when we asked for the table to be cleaned. The table was sticky and still had food from previous customer. Bacon was a bit over cooked. Eggrolls 10/10. Sweet potato tots 10/10 as well.

Burger Republic has the best burgers in the Nashville area. They have a great selection of beers on tap. The service is fantastic. I highly recommend it.
