I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this restaurant. A co-worker chose Burger 77 to go for her birthday lunch. I placed the pickup order through their website (I went directly to the website through google) which is powered by doordash. We ordered 4 meals. I received a confirmation email from Burger 77 that the order was received and would be ready for pick up in a certain timeframe. Another co-worker arrived at the restaurant in the pick-up timeframe and was told no order was received. She provided the confirmation email showing the details of the order, an order number, and the burger 77 logo. It included where to pick up the order. They still couldn 't locate the order. I’ve been here a handful of times and it is my most favorite place for a burger (which is saying something because originally I’m from up North)! I always get the same Brunch Burger every visit and you can’t go wrong with any of the sides whether it be their fries or even a side salad. They have sooo many other burgers on the menu too though, you could get a new burger every visit and be satisfied! Every one that visits me I bring to this restaurant and they always love it! Recommend 100% Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs
Last time I went here was for the BOGO burger special. Come to find out, there are SEVERAL disclaimers to this including having to dine in, have a second person in your party, AND you also have to get one beer for each burger with it. Today is Monday and I had to post this review just because it irritated me so much. Maybe stick that on your chalkboard instead of having to go down a list of disclaimers that made me never want to come back here.
Just left here. We got seated, and waited 20 minutes and no servers came. This place was empty, 2 different servers walked by and stared but said nothing to us. As we walked out, all the servers and hostess were on their phones ignoring everyone. When we got to the car they were glaring at us. Place is unprofessional and rude.

I dined in at the bar this evening for dinner. First, the bar tender was extremely helpful in telling me her favorite wings. So, I took her advice and OH Boy she knew exactly what she was talking about! All of the food was AMAZING! The service, and atmosphere, was incredible! Definitely a must try!
I highly recommend the Black Bean Long Beach burger—it's fantastic and I would definitely order it again. The onion rings looked great but were just average, and the dipping sauce leaned more towards horseradish rather than having much flavor. As for the sweet tea, it was below average.
Delicious food, excellent service, and a fantastic selection of draft beers! You really can't go wrong with this place!
Don't place orders here to be delivered you will end up with no food and waiting 3 to 5 days to get your money back
