**Pros:**
- The restaurant was clean.
- The staff were friendly.
- There are kiosks available for ordering, so you can skip the line.
The fries and milkshakes were delicious, and if I return, I’d probably stick to those instead of getting a burger. The onion rings were exceptional!
**Cons:**
As I mentioned, the burger was just alright. If you're craving an amazing burger, this spot might not satisfy you. Also, be aware that sauces for your burger, fries, or onion rings cost a dollar each.

If you're looking for a filling and delicious side dish, the large fries at BurgerFi is definitely the way to go. The serving size is generous and could easily satisfy three people. The restaurant's veg burger is a must-try for all vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies out there. The veggie patty is incredibly flavorful and juicy, making it hard to believe that it's made from quinoa. The combination of fresh veggies and sauces with the patty in the bun is a must try. I will definitely come back later when i visit Atlanta!
Computer was not working so hard to place order online inside store to pay with credit card but then they didn't call out to let me know order was ready so I had to go ask and find that it was sitting there. Understaffed so sole front worker was not keeping up well enough. One of the burgers was not what I ordered plain cheeseburger instead of the bacon deluxe, and they were in such disarray that I wasn't about to go back in and wait a while to correct it.
Was really craving for some seasoned fries and went to this place and ordered Cajun seasoned fries with chili sauce and a coffee custard shake. The fries weren't crispy at all even after a second order and the custard shake was not made with the options I specified. This is my first time at this place, so i will give a pass but i don't think the employees know what they are doing.

We came here on a weekend for a late lunch. Easy to find and lots of parking. Easy to order via kiosk and not a long wait for our order. I got the BurgerFi Cheeseburger and hubby got the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, both “as is” and really good. We shared the Cry Fry, also good but prefer my onion rings to be thin. The minimal interaction we had with service was good as well.
I really don't think the swag burger is worth nearly $12. It was tasty, but I expected it to at least come with fries or a drink. Sevilleana took our order, and honestly, she seemed like she was just there for a paycheck. It wasn't a great experience overall. I won't be returning.
This is a great spot for a burger! They offer excellent veggie burger options and serve fresh fries with a delicious Cajun seasoning. The spicy chicken sandwich was impressive, especially with the addition of ghost peppers—definitely a smart choice!

The burgers are great, and they even have a vegetarian option (Beyond Burger). It's convenient that you can place your order at a self-service kiosk right at the entrance.
Mass confusion by staff. Menu system is ridiculous. I ordered a special burger and they left off all the ingredients. No recourse, what a total disaster. Really?
