I waited 45 minutes for my order, and the only employee responsible for checking orders ended up giving it to someone else. We only discovered this when we inquired about the status of our order. It was literally his one job. To make matters worse, he made a rude comment about how it’s just a gamble in a free market. That’s not an appropriate response when a customer is upset and hasn’t received their order. The food is usually good, but the staff could use some improvement.
I had a pleasant experience at BurgerFi. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that the iced tea brewer had been out of service for months. Ordering through a touchscreen was an interesting twist. The burger was good, but the fries were only warm, not hot, and there were no iced options available. All in all, I think this might be the only location of its kind that I end up visiting.
The place felt quite sticky, and I noticed there was no hand sanitizer in their numerous dispensers, nor was there any soap in the bathroom. While the food is generally quite good, the cleanliness of the restaurant raises concerns about how sanitary the food might be. On a positive note, the staff were incredibly nice.
I ordered takeout and the service was quite quick. However, a woman who came in after me insisted on being served immediately, and she received her milkshake almost right away while I had to wait a bit longer. I ordered a CEO burger with Beyond Meat and was charged for both the Beyond Meat and Wagyu patties. I asked why I was being billed for two patties when I only received one. $36 for two burgers and fries? After this experience, I really don't think I'll be returning.
The meal was exceptional! We ordered the Tons O' Fries, which is enough to feed three people. I really appreciated the way they branded their logo onto the bun—such a neat detail! The staff was professional and friendly. We will definitely return! Thank you!
I thoroughly enjoyed the veggie burger! My wife, who typically doesn't prefer vegetarian dishes, was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and texture of this burger. Adding onion rings to the meal made for a fantastic lunch!

This Burger Fi location is disappointing. I ordered a drink expecting tea, but they didn’t have any available. I found out that the tea machine has been out of order for quite some time.
