The food is very delicious. Prices can be a bit steep, especially for their shake. But the burgers are always good and cooked for perfection. We order something else every visit, and no article has disappointed us!! The service is missing. Last visit, our server was in the corner on her phone, and we need refills for a while, so my husband needs a busboy flag. I suggest as soon as the food meets the table to ask for a refill, even if you still have the majority of your drink full. We did not see our server until we had to request the check from the busboy and it came only to get the payment. It is not so all the time, but it was our experience of any other visit. this was our third time eating here last year or so and every time eating was delicious. the burgers are so filled that I learned to cut it only in half. the sauces for the frits and tweeper rings are delicious. last time we share a sunglass and wish we had another person who helps us! this time we got a milkshake and it was the perfect amount to also split. the customer service was great every time we came. lunch is great because there is no waiting time. we came to dinner and it was an hour waiting because the facility is not very large. delicious.
the food was good, but the service sucked for a Saturday afternoon is only 1 waiter packed. Bar-Tender was our waitress came to the table, once bus boys had to take us our drinks manager to order dessert, but that was not good, since nobody came to order. ends up snapping the only waiter to leave our neck will not be back, since service is key
Sweet place! Drinks had the flashing ice cubes and tasted good. We have the Bretzel Sampler app, almost finished that between 3 of us... then we have burgers that were really good! We've subbedded Mac n cheese for Pommes and thought it was just okay. Portions are generous! The Donut ice cream sandwich was also a delicious treat for Dessert.

I had the classic burger and it was soo good! I was craving it and was so happy to go here, it was delicious. They have toppings for the fries for anybody to endulge! I had a Margarita to finish the night and it did not dissapoint. If you are looking for burgers, fries and a drink with good atmosphere, this is it!
Went here today with my son for our weekly lunch. Our server Mya was super attentive and nice, she was patient as my son ordered his food on his own and checked on us multiple times. The food was perfectly cooked. Can't wait to come back.
Delicious burgers! Great toppings. Excellent fries. I saw these monster shakes on the menu, but I was so stuffed from the 1 lb. burger, I couldn't even think of having one. I had the bacon blend burger. YUMMY!!
We got a window seat. Each of us ordered a dish. The burger are great. We also ordered the large pretzel and sundae. Since the place is not that big, if comes on weekend, maybe need to wait for a bit.

one of the best burgers I've ever had! my friend lives in ny and I can't wait to visit him so I can go to burgerology!
Love food, the staff is amazing, great shakes. The only draw back is no coffee or tea
