If you’ve ever had good BBQ before, this isn’t it. I was at the cash register 30 minutes after opening and they were out of ribs! Really…..they were going to be open for several more hours and 30 minutes in they’re out of ribs. Extremely poor planning. Well they had brisket but it was chopped up like fine sawdust, and was about as moist. Of course that’s what happens when you pulverize brisket. They make some of the sausages; I had the jalapeño cheese. It was flavorful but I think it was steamed, no smoke ring, no smoke, and a little underdone. The cashier recommended a “fatty”; a Burnco made polish sausage packed in a casing of ground bologna, wrapped in bacon, I think... It was so loud...

Can't say enough about the food here. When it's good, it's the freshest, most authentic cue in town. I did go once and the food was off. That was the only time that happened. 9/10 times, it's dynamite. The experience of going to Burn Co. is the only issue. You have to get there between 10:30 and 11:00 am to avoid standing outside for 30 minutes. The atmosphere is super fratty and macho and less welcoming. The big plus other than the food is that the staff actually seem like they want to be there and are excited that you are there. The ribs are the best I have had in the US, the brisket will make you think you died and went to heaven, and the smoked chicken is transcendental. The drawback her...

Me and some of my work buddies eat at Burnco (almost) every Tuesday. We have never been disappointed. There are some days the food is better than others, but comparing to what we've experienced in the Tulsa area, even a low day at Burnco is way above a good day at other local BBQ joints. The GPS (Grilled Potato Salad) is my favorite side dish. It is usually consumed before I dig in to the pulled pork. These guys and gals do a great job with food and hospitality. Don't quite understand the disappointments that a few of the Na-Sayers are speaking about. Yes, the price is a little high, but, you definitely get what you pay for. Gotta run. It's Tuesday. And heading to the car for our weekly run...

Great smoke on the meat and wonderful music. Dined with a large group (11) today for a 17 year old birthday request. Line moved well, we got inside when Charlie Redd started playing - fabulous as usual. The party ordered family style meats to share: ribs, sausage, brisket & pulled pork. Great rub on the meats anc smooth smoke flavor. Sides were as good as meat, our favorite was the grilled potatoe salad! Thanks for a great meal and time!

We have been several times and the food never disappoints. It's my favorite BBQ in a state of great BBQ restaurants. The only gripe I have is I wish they stayed open longer hours and you didn't have to get there so early to get in line. If you don't live locally you almost have to plan a day to eat BBQ there due to the hours.

Worth the wait. I've tried it all but always get the ribs first and try other meats as my appetizer. It gets busy so show up at 10am and stand in line and socialize with friends or get there after 130pm and take the risk of your favorite meats running out early. Hands down, no question the best barbecue in Oklahoma. Love this place, wish I could eat there more often than I do. Must, must try the rib ends. Taste like incredible meat marshmallows. So good! Worth the wait, get there early and you will not leave disappointed.
