I just ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito through a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the taste was rather average and quite bland—almost as if no salt had been added at all. The biggest disappointment for me was that the actual food didn't match the photos on the app. The pictures showed beef or chicken, beans, and vegetables, but my burrito was mostly filled with rice, which was completely different from what I expected. There was also no mention of rice as an option, so receiving so much of it was a surprise. As someone who deals with blood sugar issues, this was definitely not a pleasant experience.
I placed an order for delivery, and after waiting for nearly 15 minutes without any confirmation, I was informed that the website I used (which was listed among their delivery options) doesn’t actually offer delivery. Instead, I was told I would have to pick it up myself. It was incredibly inconvenient, especially since I’m not feeling well and chose delivery for that reason. This experience has been disappointing and reflects poorly on the restaurant. I won’t be ordering from here again, as there are plenty of other burrito places available. Please improve your service for your customers.
We just placed an order and clearly noted a dairy allergy. Unfortunately, the food arrived loaded with cheese and cream. When we called the restaurant, a young man named Omar answered. He seemed cheerful but mentioned that he didn't speak English well. We explained that this could potentially harm someone, and he laughed instead. I hope they can address this issue.
Complete disgust!!! Who eats too spicy?? This food is inedible… we called the restaurant to change our dishes and they didn't want to do it… no refund…. And on top of that they closed our phone!! Terrible service, I do not recommend it at all…!! Bad food, don't fall there!! There are other very good Mexican restaurants, this one?? doesn't work!! ?????

They intentionally put the wrong number on google wont answer when yu find their actual number from an ordering app. I’m pissed cuz I like the food : so 5 star ?
Im honestly surprised the reviews on here are so low. The staff is super friendly and my steak burritos are always delicious I love this place
$10 for one soft taco with burnt uneatable chicken and super hard tortilla chips. Never spending my money here again
Expensive for ice cold shrimp tacos. This was a bummer. No salsa no condiments on side.
