Honestly, I would recommend steering clear of the fryer. I was surprised by the amount of deep-fried items circulating on the conveyor belt. I expected to see more sushi-style dishes rather than so many fried options. Also, when the gyoza dries out, it really loses its appeal—shouldn't they replace it? Despite my disappointment with the food, the service was excellent and friendly, even during the busy times.
I went out for dinner with a friend, and while I was getting up from my chair, I lost my balance and ended up falling to the floor. The manager, Illy, saw me and laughed, which made me feel really embarrassed and ashamed. It was disheartening that no one came to help me; they just stared. To make matters worse, before this incident, I had opened my burrito only to discover that it contained raw chicken.
I absolutely love the Wednesday chicken wings special! The customer service is outstanding, and they serve the best chicken wings I've ever had. The fries are fantastic as well. The staff is friendly and attentive. I just can't get enough!

Seriously the best chilli beef nacho's I've had outside of home. Good amount of spice, fresh, very tasty and great value for money. Wish you had a restaurant on the Gold Coast
