Whilst staying in the area we as a group visited for lunch. When we first walked through the doors we were greeted by a very warm welcoming lady who showed us to our seats. We ordered food which arrived approximately 15-20 mins later which is always a good sign as you know it has been freshly cooked and not reheated. I ordered a normal chicken parmo with hand cut chips. The parmo was nicely cooked and very succulent. The chips were as good as any I've tasted anywhere. The veggie lasagne I was informed was delicious also the burtree chicken dish with a mouthwatering sauce scored very highly by my wife's reckoning. It was also great to see a child's 3 course menu very well presented and priced...
Food was nice. I had hot shot Parmo. Only issue i had was all the chilli's were positioned right in the middle of the Parmo and not spread around it. The pepperoni was fine. My wife had prawn Baguette. She enjoyed it. Staff friendly.
Had the litebite bellypork, black pudding, vegetables, roasts, mash and massive Yorkshire pudding with gravymade with cider and mustard. Was delicious, more than sufficient and reasonable price.
Many years our previous visit but an extensive and very reasonably priced menu awaited. Food and service was exceptional and everything was excellent in every aspect

Spent an evening with two friends. All had good meals all chicken based with flavoursome sauce, with great chips and fantastic veg selection
Group of 8 was very satisfied with the grub. Excellent quality and price. I look forward to the next opportunity to visit.
Great food. Had the special offer and was great value for money. Lovely food and big portions. Cocktails were lovely too.
Very good place, but if you pick a busy day, the car park is a bit small
