I went to get utensils but found none in the box. When I asked the staff for utensils, the girl just randomly asked, "What do you want?" I replied, "Forks," and when I requested two, that was the end of our interaction.
There were dead flies in the window areas and a few on our table, thankfully not buzzing around. I then realized I hadn't received a receipt, so I went back to the counter to ask for one. The manager asked who had served us, and when I told her, she shrugged and said she could print another receipt.
At this point, I was fed up with the lackluster customer service from this group of slow-moving, unsmiling staff who seemed disorganized. I remarked that it looked like no one...
I visited the drive-thru, which was quite busy. The staff member taking orders had to walk back and forth to check prices, which wasn’t very helpful. I ended up having to check the menu myself to place my order. I usually go to the location in Lorena and have never experienced poor service there. I would recommend driving to Lorena instead. Food: 4/5.
Showed up at 9:15, lobby is supposed to be open until 10:00, all doors locked. Go through drive thru and multiple employees go to a car that is obviously someone they know and talk with them and do not approach my vehicle. No one ever came to my truck and multiple employees inside the restaurant but not serving any customers.
The chicken was tasty, but the biscuit was bland and the mac and cheese had a strange, off-putting flavor—almost like soap or lawn clippings. I'm not exaggerating; it was awful, to the point where even my dog didn’t want to eat it. It really had a soapy taste with a grassy aftertaste. I wish they would improve this dish.

Super fast service. The food was hot. The quality has really gone down hill. Breaded tendons and beaks? Pretty gross. I’m not eating it. I also won’t be back. Used to love Bushes. Now the tea is so sweet I can’t even drink it. Pretty disappointed.
The tenders were a bit expensive for just six pieces, and there was more crust than chicken. However, the tea was excellent, the roll was nice, and the fries could have been cooked a bit longer. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

I visited for the first time from Austin, Texas, and I had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

I was the second person in line, and it took more than ten minutes to get my order. The chicken was chopped into small pieces and ended up being dry. I was really disappointed and have no plans to return.
I drank their tea but I don't eat their chicken. But it's a nice place Family orientedService: 5/5
