Meh. Out of towners here for a fun weekend. Stopped by Buzzed Bull to try some nice alcohol infused icecream/milkshakes.... pretty disappointing. The concept is sweet, but delivery is lacking. They make you use a touchscreen kiosk to order. They don't tell you to use the kiosk, so you just wait until you figure it out. Its wayyy too confusing as theres too many options to choose from. Theres also only one kiosk so a huge line develops and just takes forever. The kiosk isnt even near the menu board so unless you whip out your phone and check the menu from their website, you have no idea what to get until you get to the kiosk. In one word, this place was: disappointing. We visited this location for dessert on a Saturday evening. It was busy, but not crowded. Only two people on staff, though, so the wait was longer than anticipated. They ran out of cookies, so a third of their menu was unavailable and there was no indication that was the case prior to ordering. Since we chose to add booze—because that’s the gimmick of the place, we couldn’t get a refund, because according to the staff, Ohio state law doesn’t allow refunds on alcohol. Yesterday, I went to this place that calls itself an "establishment." I had just come from the gym and was craving some ice cream. My friend and I bought our ice cream, which ended up costing over $30. When I asked about getting a waffle cone with my ice cream, the woman working there said it was already mixed in. I asked for an additional waffle cone, and she said it would cost extra. I told her that was fine and that I didn't mind paying extra. However, this seemed to upset her, and she gave me a rude attitude and looks. If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order only for them to process it and take money from my account, then they notified me that the order was ready and they were waiting for a delivery driver. To my surprise, the driver called and said the cashier claimed they never received the order and asked me to confirm the processing charge and whether the order was cancelled. I informed the driver that it showed as charged on my bank statement and that I could see both him and the restaurant now. The cashier then stated that if it didn't come across her tablet, then I hadn't actually placed the order and there was nothing they could do. I will never attempt to order from this restaurant...

So, to start off, I should explain why I gave this place a 4 star instead of 5. Because this place was awesome. The sole reason is that I don 't like the taste of alcohol, and that is a big part of their appeal. As I walked in and saw the full bar, the buzzed started to make sense. The concept is pretty simple: decide whether you want liquor in it, choose a base ice cream, add a mix-in, and pick what type of alcohol you want in it. The use liquid nitrogen in the process, too. A really fun place to go down on Main Street. They make ice cream for you right before your eyes. A bunch of ingredients go in a bowl, you can choose to add alcohol to it if you want, and then the whole thing is turned into ice cream with some liquid nitrogen. The size of the liquid nitrogen tank here is immense. After a few minutes, your concoction is ready and you can eat it with a spoon. Plenty of options here, they have a few recipes for you to choose from each day, or you can make your own
I don't know what went wrong with the machine but I ordered milkshake and got ice cream. The ice cream itself was incredibly cold and tasty. But I didn't like that I had to wait 15 mins for my order with only three people present including me. Good taste, but wrong order. I will give this place 4 because it all comes down to taste.
This place is amazing! They offer both alcoholic and non-alcoholic ice creams, as well as coffee. The ice cream is freshly churned in front of you using liquid nitrogen to freeze it. The alcohol-infused ice creams, like the whiskey and vodka chocolate flavors, have a distinct boozy taste. I highly recommend visiting this place!

they make all their ice cream to order, and they have a vegan basis. the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about which supplements were vegan, and the ice itself was great. the only thing that's going on is that they (not-vegan) offer impact cream at the end, but they ask to fall so easily safe when they do.
