I’ve been to this place a few times and the service is always excellent. If you are almost finished your drink they ask you if you would like another, not like other places where you have to wave and flag the waitress down for a drink. I really like the fish and chips because its fresh fish not the frozen Captain Highliner that some places serve. Although, the last time I was there I tried the pizza, big mistake. It is not fresh and tastes like frozen Delissio. Horrible pizza, I won’t order that again. I hope they read this and decide to make real pizza! Other than that it’s a great little place with a good atmosphere and I will be back.
The BX pub has typical pub food, good portion sizes and the prices are ok. Lots of drink options. The beef dip was filling and they had lots of sides available such as onion rings or yam fries. The service was good, the wait times...reasonable and it was very busy. They have pool tables and it is not too loud. In the summer there is an outdoor table option. It is a little dark... but not too dark. It was a nice place to meet with friends and have a filling meal. The drink prices were on par with other pubs and their selection was good. They also have a cold beer store behind them which is convenient.

This was my first visit to the BX Pub. I hadn’t been before because I didn’t like the look of the outside of the building. Well surprise surprise! The food is absolutely amazing! The service is excellent! The interior decor is so comfortable and not...dark and dreary like some pubs tend to be. I will definitely return to try more offerings on their menu!

Yesterday to BX for lunch with twenty of my retired friends. We'll go once a month and they'll get up. Food and service is always good. I usually get the clubhouse and they always make a great sandwich. I also have the pizza a few... Order and it is also very good
Great pub lots of atmosphere.It's always busy.Servers are fun bartenders great.Food could use an update.They took away some healthy choices like the soy beans and I don't think that they make that great bowl of beef barley soup any longer.
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious meals. I enjoyed the beef dip and my nabeby liked his taco salad a lot! Waitress was friendly and efficient. Pair of nice cold beers made for a good evening.
The BX is a popular pub, I think mostly because of its central location. The food is moderate, the place is not very clean, and the decor leaves much to be desired.
