An oasis of simplicity and finesse the feet in the water. Quiet service, friendly even in August when Parisians are like a not nice tide on the beach. The oysters are beautiful. The bulots too cooked and a little dry would be more fragrant. Big nickel shrimp. The map is very limited, no dessert, no coffee, no champagne. And it’s not bad in fact. At least we stay in a straight line... in short a beautiful promise that is well kept.
Excellent experience from this “Dégustation“. The oysters were open with a lot of care/experience and the staff super friendly, welcoming and flexible. They even offer desert, which is rare among dégustations. 3rd time here.
