The ají amarillo ceviche was expertly seasoned—not too spicy and perfectly tangy. It was a surprisingly generous portion that could easily serve as a main dish. I was very pleased with it. The lomo saltado had a wonderful smoky flavor and was well-seasoned, with a good balance of meat, onions, and tomatoes. It was served with traditional white rice and French fries, along with a side of black beans that was also executed very well.
The huancaína noodles were cooked perfectly al dente, the sauce was creamy, and the grilled chicken breast was nicely seared and juicy. Both sauces they served (green and yellow) were fantastic complements to the dishes; definitely try them, as they aren't overpo...
This is my second time coming to this restaurant and I will definitely be back for more! The food is excellent, priced reasonably, and always fresh. Today they had live music which really complemented the ambiance. The servers are always attentive. Our server Pepe was always checking up on the guests and providing a laugh! If you are looking for an authentic Peruvian experience, please check this place out!
If you are in the mood for a nice dinner with your other half, then Cabo Blanco is the place...on vacation from NY and we enjoyed a wonderful experience with Davie (Waiter)... He was attentive to our needs and the food was excellent.... just give yourself the opportunity to enjoy the experience in Cabo Blanco Hollywood... we will certainly return. Thank you. My co-workers and I go here often. the food is great and service is always exceptional. Pepe always greets us with pleasantries as we seat ourselves in their roomie establishment. The lunch specials are very reasonable and i would recommend anyone looking for a good inexpensive Peruvian experience to check them out.

We came to see a band play. This Peruvian restaurant has a large selection of ceviche to pick from. We got the fish ceviche and Lomo saltado and they were excellent. We finished off with a Tres Leches that was very good. Our server was great and veryattentive. Great place to come see bands (extra cover charge).
I went in Cabo Blanco Hollywood for the first time with my friend, it was a great experience! I took a puerco asada and loved it! The waitress and Pepe were great and friendly. I will definitely come back!!!
