Our waiter was quite disappointing! We had to ask for drink refills twice, and even after waiting 15 minutes, my granddaughter and I never received ours. When it was time to settle the bill, we ended up with five separate tickets. I appreciate the idea of tipping, but I think it's inappropriate to automatically include a gratuity, especially when there are separate tickets per table. Our waiter didn’t fulfill his responsibilities, and based on the level of service we received, he wouldn’t have received as much in tips from us. This place is subpar to say the very best of it. Watery cheese dip, service that roll their eyes into their brain and back, and every little piece of meat is DOUSED in oregano. It's all you can taste. What an absolute waste of money.For reference: I had the tri meat chimichanga and my husband had the carnitas taco which tastes identical to potted meat in the UK.Just know if you eat here, you're being served something less than authentic this is coming from someone who has lived from Oaxaca to Santa, NM.Don't waste you time nor your money.
I thoroughly enjoyed everything I ordered, which included shrimp, beef, and chicken fajitas, along with chips and salsa, and water with lemon. The meat was tender and juicy, not dry at all. The vegetables were perfectly cooked—firm yet not underdone. The water had no chlorine taste, and the chips were thin, crispy, and not greasy at all. The salsa had a nice kick to it, but it wasn't overly spicy.
The food was some of the best I've had in a while. I was there with some of my family, and everyone really loved the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I highly recommend Cabo San Lucas as the best Mexican restaurant in the area. Parking: Parking was a bit tight but available.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and my Dos XX was served in a frosty mug. The atmosphere was vibrant with lively patrons, and I absolutely loved the fajitas salad. I'm really glad I decided to drop by!
Been there a few times when visiting Jasper and May I say they are great!!!! Food is good and they serve well!
