This location is so nice, the decor and atmosphere, very aesthetically pleasing. I was just surprised at the server who was, not rude? but not at all nice? not even a greeting, or a hi just a “do you want anything to drink?” bizarre. also did not come back to check on us so we didn’t order any further drinks etc. we did ask a different person who brought one of our dishes out for a side of sauce and napkins and she brought it over.i chalk it up to having a bad day, who knows what is going on in her life on that day, the folks i was with may not be so reasonable or understanding they were very disappointed and definitely not returninghaving worked as a server before, mustering up at least a “...
Jasmine is awesome!Just had my first meal at Cactus Club (Richmond) and it was fantastic. Atmosphere is modern but comfortable, menu is varied and affordable, and the burger I had was off the hook delicious!But… What made it truly memorable and totally enjoyable, was the friendly, exuberant, and outstanding service from Jasmine, our waitress. She went above and beyond to make sure we Had everything we need, were completely satisfied, and enjoyed ourselves. Her banter is outstanding, and made our evening so much better than it would’ve been otherwise. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Richmond.
The server was friendly and attentive, but my wife and I were initially seated at a 4-person table despite there being empty booths available. We requested a booth, but the receptionist told us they were all reserved, even though I had made a reservation. We eventually requested a booth from the server and were able to move to one after they left. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our meal.
I regularly went to the Cactus Club at Richmond Center to pick up DoorDash orders, the professionalism and friendly service at the front desk was 5 stars out of 5. Especially the service I received from one of the front desk team “Leona Lam”. Leona does a good job of looking for customers and delivery drivers. Thank you Leona for your great service! Cactus Club Cafe had a 2021 Holiday Tasting Menu for 2. There’s one appetizer, one dessert and two entrees. Quite a few items are available to choose from. Love their customer service! Servers are always polite with very good manners. But also all foods are delicious. I can see that management train staff very well. I recommend happy hours menu! Reasonable price and not too busy so you have a great service.
Amazing customer service food is always on point! Had dine out and the food was so fresh and good portions. Even though they were busy, they were able to produce quality food. Hot, fresh, and delicious. Definitely did not disappoint.
