During our stay in Puerto de Sagunto we were 2 times in Cadillac. We tried once and we came back. The owner was so nice, polite and welcoming, smilling. Katya the waitress speaks perfect english and she was so lovely and polite person. She told us that it was her first day in this job but she was perfect. They made for me salad without meat even though in menu it was only with meat and I love it. Food was so delicious, great sangria and french fries. There is nothing to change, everything is perfect! We thought it was a burger bar, but it turns out they have everything. an economic menu with couture and delicious dishes. the first are light salad, mussels, egg stuffed. and the second most main dish paella, fideua, rice with bogavante, carrilladas. all very good and sea pig. highly recommended.
It was crowded, the service was pretty slow and the “vegan food” we saw in TripAdvisor was 1 Pita and Chips. The Pita was nice and spicy but way too small and wrapped in many layers of foil.
everything was rich, good price of quality ratio. they lack organization as headless chicken. they put will but what fails is direction

The burger was really bad. It was not cooked well and flavorless. Would definitely not recommend. The sandwiches were ok though.
good attention and varied tapas and snacks. Today we have discovered the combo for three people for less than 10€.
