I needed a quick break for refreshments, so nipped in here. I was very pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere inside, and there was a wide range of food available. I only wanted a chai latte - yes, they had lactose- free milk - hooray! Plus I chose a muffin to go. The other customers looked like regulars, so they obviously know it's somewhere relaxing to go. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I would try it again, maybe for lunch next time. It's conveniently across the road from the Belconnen Walk-In Centre in Lathlain street.
We were a bit reticent to try this cafe again, having had a not-so-pleasant experience previously. But the 'under new management ' banner aided our decision and we were glad we gave it another try. The food delivery was prompt, as ordered, and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient. The restaurant layout allowed us to be able to talk conversationally. The menu is extensive with enough variety to suit most palates, and well priced.
If you are looking for good coffee close to Belconnen Mall, then head across the road to Cafe 2617. The service is good and the coffee is better than most. The food also looks good, so if you are peckish then there should be something to meet your needs. The cafe is spacious and sitting behind the windows on a sunny winter's morning is one of Canberra's pleasant experiences.Thanks for your vote if you found this review helpful.
During a time when they were only able to seat 10 people, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 4. They were incredibly welcoming, the menu had something for everyone, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Despite a 2-hour time limit imposed by the government, it felt like time well spent. I will definitely be returning.

Super busy little place. Constant people. Food was excellent. Had hash brown stack with crispy bacon (cooked as ordered). Partner had scrambled breakfast. Meals were generous and nicely presented. Coffee was excellent. Staff were efficient and friendly. Great little place.
Had a fantastic breakfast with family this morning. Breakfast menu is extensive and great value. We also shared a cookies and cream frappe which is worth the guilt! Staff were super friendly. We will definitely be back.
I always enjoy this place. Not super fancy or super pricey. They do get creative with their foods but I've always enjoyed my meals. And it's a good location for us! They do seem to change owners a lot though..
Very quiet when we went there (maybe because of the long weekend). Service was reasonably fast. Vege burger was quite tasty and the chips were fantastic. Coffee was pretty good as well. Would go back!

Great service with a great veggie burger. Only bummer was it was damn salty, spoilt it for me. However the iced coffee drink made up for it, that hit the spot.
This is an inviting comfortable cafe. I enjoyed my tea and interesting donut concoction I only wished the tea was not a teabag tea.
