Cafe Annie (FKA RDG + Bar Annie)

My wife and I had the crab Tostada appetizer, Snapper, Scallops and the apple rum cake for dessert. All were excellent. The hostess and waitress were very nice. We started with two cocktails and had one of the cheapest bottles of wine. We paid $300, which is quite expensive, but the experience wasn't quite right. The terrace was in a bit of a state with most tables undiscovered and bubble tablecloths. Our delicious homemade creamy butter was taken while we still eat the delicious fresh baked bread. Then my appetizer was taken while we still ate the appetizers. The wine was a year younger than on the menu. The scallops were warm as if they were standing for a while. we came for Thanksgiving course. it was a bit overwhelming. first we had reservations, checked, then the hostess has forgotten us until after 20 minutes later I asked about our table. animated at night, so the service was slow. the floor around us was not clean. the first appetizer was a tiny part of the raw vegetables. the Turkish breast was dry and prime rib and pumpkin beignets ran out. it was a busy night of course, but the service was average. only expects much more in all aspekte for $90 pp. they additionally charge $9 for using a credit card. the best dings were squash soup, kartoffel and pecan pee. next year, definitiw to stay home. not worth it.

We go all the time for lunch and it’s good. But thanksgiving dinner was such a let down. How do you run out of prime rib at 5pm? So the replacement was tenderloin filet and it was dry and grainy. I think it was sous vis too long? Unsure. But it was bad. And who charges 3% for credit card charges. We were very disappointed in the food. Service tried really hard but overall would never go back for an event.

restaurant did not have several of the items in the advertised menu. also after the offer of new sites we were served various sides (in the last minute clearly prepared) the quality of the food was very low for the standards of this restaurant. we were not in the main restaurant either. on the positive side was the waiter friendly. overall, extremely low value for the price.

Understaffed so service was slow, and for our table in particular. Our waiter seemed uncomfortable with the high tech ordering system. Food was good, but expected great for the price. And when you charge $26 for a moderate quality glass of Bordeaux, a light pour leaves a bad taste in your mouth, pardon the pun.

Extremely slow service. Sat me by the bar next to the kitchen. Bread Dressing for thanksgiving dinner awful. Should have gone somewhere else for thanksgiving

we went to Thanksgiving dinner, that was quite delicious. but they changed over the half of the prefix menu items to us because they ran out.

5 stars safe! Brunch was phenomenal. The ambience and service were only perfection. We will come back with this establishment.
