WOW. We were BLOWN AWAY by this place! My boyfriend and I wanted some Italian food and found this place just over the PA border and went for it. This quickly became a favorite restaurant of ours before they even brought the appetizers! First off, the atmosphere was casual and upscale at once we had come here spontaneously so we weren't dressed up and we didn't feel out of place, but the table settings and fun decor felt like the right level of elegance to enjoy this great meal. Our waiter was very attentive and checked in to ensure we were having a great meal, and our waters were always filled. Now, the best part: food! There were at least 25 menu options we got excited about and eventually...
very nice place. I thought about it by a friend and checked it for lunch today. they open at 11 o'clock, so we were the only ones in their first. the place has a very nice atmosphere. the staff was polite and friendly. we have the kalb antonio and a chicken parmigiana. both were very good. they have different portions for lunch and dinner menus. they were perfect for lunch. I assume the portions are larger in the dinner menu, as the prices go to dinner. the place began to get more guests and several tables came shortly before our departure. the wine menu was not visited so early, but they looked like they had plenty of offer and variety. they would always go back to lunch or check in to dinn...
One of my hands down favorite Italian restaurants I am vegetarian and love their pasta alla puttanesca is an all time fav (it might be off menu at times, but you can still order it). We ordered catering from them for my family birthday party and everyone was raving about the food. The owner delivered to our house 25 minutes away and made sure everything was laid out on the table with such care. Chicken scarpiello and penne all vodka (no prosciutto) were big hits as well. Love love love this place. Never a bad meal, many a memory made here.
we arrived at 5:15 on Thursday. before dinner. the bar was full! but we wanted a beautiful, romantic Italian dinner, not the exaggeration of the bar. a quiet, intimate table. we were not disappointed! not on any count! space between the tables. attentive waiting staff. music plays in the background. excellent service, combined with excellent foods (the kalbmarsala and the fetters-Alfredo) served with freshly baked brot and Caeser salad...with a wonderful house chianti. made for a very romantic evening and quite cheap! a win/win! Return visit was even better than the first! Very nice casual Italian dining room. Server Louis was attentive and accomodating. Bread and drinks were quick. We had the mussels which were very tasty and the sauce makes a great dip. All 4 dishes were terrific. The veal was great and my grilled salmon was fantastic. The had a lot of specials as well. This place is everything you want in a local restaurant. Another trip back here was great! So consistently good...Italian classics are awesome
Love this place been around for years parking not so good but now that the shop is gone I think there's more room. I'm not sure because I hardly eat there. I always have it delivered or take out because of the parking and it's too small inside for me, before COVID came! but it's a nice place everything I've eaten from there it's always good the lunch special dinner specials you love it
perfect restaurant for good Italian food and drinks. At first no one came by to take our order, but someone (I think a manager) came by and saw that we were not served yet and our order, brought us drinks, etc. everyone was very nice and the food was delicious. good environment also. clean and welcoming. we will definitely come back!
I have been buying Cafe Antonio pizzas for over 10 year and today I purchased one of the worst ever. The topping was too wet and slid all over the under cooked crust. I never got a pizza like this from them. Yuck Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
