We had lunch one day here as our friends love it here and were raving about it!We ordered some burgers! Pretty simple orders really and it took a long time to get table service and the customer service was extremely poor! Even our friends were totally devastated as they had raved about this place over and over! Obviously the service was poor due to unhappy staff and manager! They didn't look happy to be at work!! Our service was poor and extremely slow! Food was average!! We were all disappointed and i certainly wont return due to lack of customer service! There are plenty of cafes out here in adelaide that are more deserving of our money!!
We had dinner there on Friday night, it was busy but not full. I was very disappointed with our food, it was very average, and didn't come out hot either. I struggled to finish it. Last time I ordered the same dish, it was delicious and I ate the whole plate. I think they must have a new chef on or the chef is having a bad day. It is very loud in the restaurant, so if you want romantic or quiet, you should go on a week night.
Found it difficult to find places in Adelaide. Brunelli's was open, and bustling...full of patrons...took a table, but was concerned about the turnaround time from order to delivery. Meal was delivered within 10-15 minutes. My husband had the seafood risotto, and I had the blue swimmer crab/seafood fettuccini. Nothing disappointed. Price, taste and waiting time....all fantastic...certainly no complaints from us!!!!!
Our meals were all generous serves,tasty, well prepared and presented. The service was friendly, proficient and prompt. The cafe atmosphere is pleasant but quite noisy because of all the hard surfaces so if you are looking for a quiet, romantic and intimate meal then this is not the place for you, better to eat the good food and head elsewhere for privacy.

For the first time, we came here for coffee and post Christmas/New Year chat with our relatives. The atmosphere was superb and the service was excellent. Even though it was full of patrons, it was not as noisy as we might have expected. The icing on the cake was being served once again by Marissa, whom we knew from another Cafe of long standing!
this is a lovely cozy coffee shop come restaurant and has that European feel to it. coffees are very well priced and service is good. there gelati selection is home made and look so fresh and the real deal. put this one on your list if your in Adelaide well worth the trip
Atmosphere was good. Food was okay, but nothing special. Great for families, particularly children as there is a fairly decent playground right outside. Prices are perhaps a little inflated for the quality of food. However, overall it was pretty reasonable.
Noisy. Busy. Rushed.Understandable given the day, it was $50 per head for a set 4 course menu. Straight out the gate we got our starter of olive bread
