This is a misleading place . This is a Central Konditorei but here you may have a hole meal pasta , meat , salad They do not accept cards , only cash Euros , CH The bier Eichhof is good and so the salad . Only in a modern world no option for cards is frustrating. The wi fi is good and the waitresses very friendly in German or Latin languages .
Lovely cafe with great food (the best food we had on our 2 day trip to Central Switzerland). Great views over the Turmli and William Tell statue. It gets busy at lunchtime with the locals. The main menu has an English version but the specials were in German. Really recommend the rösti.
Low quality food and slow service. Really expensive (more than 25€ for a burnt cordon-bleu), no salt/pepper on the table. And to top all that they do not even accept credit cards, forcing you to change in Swiss francs!!
In der Mitte des Weges stoppen wir für Kaffee und Kuchen. Wir genossen den Kaffee und die beiden Kuchen, die wir gewählt haben. Wir haben 18 Franken für alle bezahlt. Es ist sehr nah am Zentrum Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Had the most amazing Rösti I have ever eaten. Service was friendly and the restaurant charming with its Dutch decor. Prices pretty usual for Switzerland, i.e pricy compared to anywhere else.
After walking around the town the Cafe Central was the only place that seemed busy. It's was clean, we were served quickly and enjoyed tea which was nicely presented, good value also.
Sie befinden sich an einem großartigen Ort und sollten mehr daraus machen. Service war okay, aber wir waren nicht versucht, Mittagessen zu haben, nachdem wir das Menü gesehen haben.
