visited the Duckhorn-Wein dinner. meal began with a poke amuse bouche that was excellent. the pork bell carburetor was muddy and tasteless, and the cabbage was boiled. really cruel. then followed the pistachio sea bass, which was excellent. it was served with a saffron risotto that was marginal. the next cure was prime rib. that was served almost raw. Terrible! it came with a sweet potato au-grain, which was mainly white potato and a hauch of sweet potatoes. this page was delicious. also served with brusseln spruten that were raw. the meal ended with port salut cheese and croûte. instead of being served hot, it was served at room temperature. very marginal. at the end of the meal we learned...

This restaurant never fails to impress me, and I’ve been dining here for years. We started with a new item on the menu, the baked Brie cheese. It is served with baguette toast, thinly sliced apple, and a cranberry jam atop the cheese. It is delicious. For the entree, we enjoyed beautiful filets with a beautifully prepared Demi glacé. The beef was impressive and perfectly cooked, but the sauce was everything a French sauce should be. It was delicious without being over powering. This restaurant has a pair of the most talented chefs in OKC. Again, the wine list is the best French wine list in the City. Bon Appetit.

what a beautiful little restaurant in a historic hotel. the room is beautiful, service very attentive and eating was great! also a good coffee that is important.
