Lively little cafe resto, crowded with locals at lunchtime. Nice selections of salads, fish, meat, even hamburgers. Several classic lunchtime specials. Service was pleasant, if a little slow due to the lunchtime rush. Good price quality ratio.
Cappuccino is good! Servers have limited English, but will definitely try to help you if you don't speak French. They were very kind to my party when we visited.
